We offer access to our Westlaw Precision account for attorneys, law students, and pro se litigants who want to ensure their pleadings and briefs are on the right track.
ARTICLE I – SCOPE OF SERVICES AND HOURLY RATE
Professional consultations encompassing the typing, review, analysis, and/or correction of documents (“Document Review Services”) shall be rendered at the established hourly rate of One Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($125.00), subject to a mandatory minimum retainer of three (3) billable hours, which retainer shall be paid in full prior to commencement of any services. Said services shall be provided exclusively during regular business hours as defined in the foregoing provisions of this Agreement.
ARTICLE II – DEDICATED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
During any retained consultation period, Consultant warrants that their full professional attention, expertise, and resources shall be allocated exclusively to the review, analysis, and discussion of Client’s documents and related matters. All consultations shall be conducted via telephonic conference or videoconference platform (including but not limited to Zoom or similar technology), unless alternative arrangements are expressly agreed upon in writing by both parties.
ARTICLE III – SCHEDULING AND TIME ALLOCATION
Consultation sessions may be scheduled in blocks not to exceed eight (8) consecutive hours per calendar day, subject to Consultant’s availability and with requisite advance notice and coordination. Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that (i) all scheduling requires reasonable advance notice and written confirmation; (ii) consultation time shall be deemed fully earned and non-refundable upon reservation thereof; and (iii) any cancellation or rescheduling shall be governed by the cancellation provisions set forth elsewhere in this Agreement.
ARTICLE IV – COMMUNICATION PROTOCOLS
All requests for additional information, scheduling accommodations, or clarification of services must be submitted through formal channels, specifically via written consultation request or through the designated client intake form accessible through Consultant’s official channels. Informal communications shall not constitute binding modifications to these terms.
WESTLAW PRECISION™ LEGAL RESEARCH SERVICES
SERVICE OPTION I: WESTLAW PRECISION™ QUICK CHECK ANALYSIS
For a flat fee of One Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($125.00), Client’s brief, complaint, or other pleading shall be subjected to comprehensive analysis through Westlaw Precision™’s advanced legal research platform. Client shall receive the complete official Westlaw Precision™ report, which shall include, but not be limited to: (i) suggested authorities bearing upon Client’s legal arguments; (ii) additional case law citations relevant to the matters at issue; (iii) applicable statutory authorities; and (iv) identification of any potentially adverse authority requiring distinction or address. Said report shall be delivered in official Westlaw format as generated by the system.
SERVICE OPTION II: COMPREHENSIVE STRESS TEST & SUBSTANTIVE REVISION
For a flat fee of Three Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($375.00), Client’s motion or other legal document shall receive both: (a) the complete Westlaw Precision™ analysis as described in Service Option I above; AND (b) a comprehensive written memorandum analyzing the results thereof, together with substantive revision of Client’s draft document. Such revision shall include, without limitation: (i) integration of controlling and persuasive authorities identified through said research; (ii) enhancement of legal arguments with appropriate case law and statutory support; (iii) refinement of legal reasoning and argumentation structure; (iv) identification and remediation of potential weaknesses in Client’s legal theories; and (v) strengthening of the document’s overall persuasive force through improved citation and legal analysis.
TERMS APPLICABLE TO BOTH SERVICES:
Payment shall be due in full prior to commencement of services. Turnaround time shall be as mutually agreed upon, subject to Consultant’s availability. Client retains all ownership rights in their original work product. Results are dependent upon the quality and completeness of the initial draft provided. Consultant does not guarantee any particular outcome in litigation. These services are designed to ensure Client’s pleadings comply with applicable rules and are supported by controlling authority. This service helps ensure your filings are properly supported and aligned with controlling authority.

WESTLAW PRECISION™ REPORT – $125 Submit your completed brief for professional authority check. We run your document through Westlaw Precision™ and provide the official report showing suggested cases, statutes, and authorities relevant to your arguments. Report only – no revisions included.
Full Stress Test and Revision
Professional document consultation services including typing, review, analysis, and correction of legal documents are available at $125.00 per hour with a three (3) hour minimum retainer required in advance.
